Excellent service, here 90kms from Adelaide, they were here within 48hrs of being notified of a problem to be fixed. Communicated very well, message sent day before and an hour before arrival to notify me- much appreciated,. Repair done efficiently by courteous and skilled member of Goodair. Called because of a squealing noise coming from the fan. One week later used the airconditioner, no noise. An amount of gunk under the airconditioner may have been the cause, will ask for a call back if noise returns.
