All went smoothly, we were confused as to who held the deposit on our house. Real estate told us to ring our conveyancer when in fact the real estate held the deposit on the house. We were told we could use the deposit for a place should we need it by the real estate. All worked out luckily as we were able to withdraw from super. Thank you to all.
