1) It was okay. Communication to client needs to be more forthcoming like telling the client (especially when the client is a first-timer buying a property) the timeline/process to what to expect as time approaches the settlement day. Punctuation, if used in your emails, would have been useful in helping me understanding what you are trying to say. 3 stars 2) Assistant was helpful in answering my questions.
