Our settlement was to take place 1 week before Christmas day and Simone was determined she could get it done. Then all sorts of unexpected things happened that needed to be sorted out before settlement could be finalised. Simone kept her cool throughout it all and managed to pull it off right on time. SALE of house at Mirrabooka. I found Belinda to be extremely competent in handling the sale process, with guidance and assistance while being overviewed by Simone Lear. The sale had to be rushed through at the request from both Seller and Buyer without the use of an Agent. Everything worked out very smoothly without any hold ups.
