I have been a customer (and a regular one I regret to say) for over 10 years and Ron and his team provide an excellent service. Appointments are mostly on time, and Ron explains everything he's doing. If you are nervous going to the dentist I'd recommend this practice. The building has been recently refurbished and they appear to have the latest equipment. The office staff are friendly and efficient. I'm sure I'll be back there again - I doubt there's a better practice in the area.
The service is always first class. The staff friendly and caring. They deal with urgent problems quickly and efficiently. The best dentist in Victoria.
Although I hate going to the dentist, I love going here to get a good clean. The hygienist Sophie is so gentle and informative so if your scared she usually can see that and will talk you though it. I really enjoy going to get my teeth cleaned/checked now. After she cleans them the dentist (i see dr Ronald Fulop) comes in and checks usually all good! It's a bit pricey but what dentist isn't?
Mitcham Dental are fantastic at their approach! They are super friendly and helpful and make dental visits comfortable. They are happy to answer any question and are very helpful!
Understood exactly what work was going to be done and why. I felt comfortable at all times that my best interests were being considered.
I have a pretty bad dental phobia which I'd more less gotten on top of with a great dentist I found in Sydney... but then I moved to Melbourne. Finding a new dentist was a daunting prospect for me and I am embarrassed to say I put it off for five years.
I have been to many dentists and if you're out there looking for one to call your own, let me tell you that this is it. Ron and his team are just marvellous. You will not find people as friendly and helpful as they are. The whole experience is just so comforting and actually makes you want to go back for another visit.
Didn't have to wait long. My daughters first dental experience, the dentist was great with her, explained everything and was very friendly. The staff were all welcoming.
Hadn't been to the dentist in a while and was so worried about it! Sarah was lovely, comforting and understanding. Sophie was also very gentle and warm. Now I wonder why I was so worried about it!
