Professional from the desk to the chair and back to the desk again. Caring staff make sure your experience is good, every step of every visit is explained in detail before start and then as they go along. Visit is finalized with a plan for future care and contingencies are discussed. Nothing is left to chance. So nice to be in good hands.
Due to a previous bad experience, I had not been to the dentist in years & the only reason I decided to go on this occasion was because I had a serious toothache. My previous dentist was unable to fit me in for a few days but I needed to see someone now! I contacted Mitcham Dental after not having a great experience with another dentist to fix the gap between my front two front teeth. The appointment was made in a suitable timeframe (around my working hours). From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed by very friendly, professional staff, very relaxed atmosphere. Great experience, high standard of expertise, fantastic quality & value. I couldnt be happier with my new smile & feel confident I've found a dentist that I can trust. Highly recommend!

Hadn't been to the dentist for four years and was scared. The entire staff made me feel at ease and made the experience as stressfree as possible. Finally found a good surgery that I will return to regularly now.
Since childhood I have been phobic about dentists which resulted in not having my teeth attended to for a very long time. However, after losing an old filling I had to face my very worst fear, bite the bullet and attend the dentist....horror of all horrors!!!! Best dentist I have been to in Australia. Saw Ron and Sophie, both were professional but also personable. Very little pain felt during examination and cleaning. Will be going back again in the future and recommending to friends.
Ron Fulop is a gentleman: he's consistently warm and friendly, takes the time I like to feel comfortable, and is very concerned about minimizing pain and maximizing the opportunity for a good experience - and my daughter thinks he's terrific!
