Really appreciated the whole experience from start to finish. The staff were kind and friendly. Dr Melissa Chew explained everything really well and made me feel at ease about the whole process. I don't usually like going to the dentist however am now more than comfortable to see these guys for all my regular dental needs. Loved the way they gave me a quote for my next appointment so I know how much it's going to cost as well.

I'd been looking a new dentist for a while and was recommended by a friend. Both the staff and the dentist were extremely informative and transparent about the potential work I needed done. They showed me x-rays and photos (taken with a small camera inside my mouth) of each tooth that needed a filling and where the decay was starting to occur. I came to this Dentist as my regular Dentist was away and I needed my teenagers to have a check-up from the first phone call to book the appointment to seeing Dr Melissa Chew it was such a easy and stress-free experience I will be going to the Mitcham Dental Clinic from now on. I'd been looking for a new dentist and saw the great reviews for this place so I gave it a try as one of my front teeth needed a new cap. The reception was very friendly, and the dentist was very experienced and very nice. The bonus was the TV above the patient's chair that he/she can watch while being performed upon.

I went to this dental clinic after my usual one couldn't fit me in on short notice. I have now decided to ditch my regular and come here instead after a great experience today. Very friendly staff and professional service. Dr Mel and her hygienist were lovely and efficient and made my tooth repair as painless as possible! I also appreciated the free Keep Cup for being a new patient too!

I'm new to the area and very pleased I've come across this fantastic Dental Clinic. Ron and staff are friendly and professional. I'm somewhat nervous of dental situations, but I've never felt more at ease and well taken care of. I was informed every step of the way, felt the staff went over and above to assist and make this experience a good one. I highly recommend this Dental Clinic to all.

Best dentist clinic I've ever attended! All the staff were friendly, caring and professional. The dentist, Melissa, was very competent and explained everything she was doing and what would come next. I really liked being able to get digital X-rays done on site in the dental chair as well as being given a treatment plan for future visits with the costs clearly stated. She also didn't recommend unnecessary dental work and instead put a "watch" on some potential problem areas.
