I was very pleased as the pain I was putting up with is on the down slide which is good as I thought it was part of getting old and now realise it can be fixed

Shelley gave me a very thorough examination and worked out a plan to help my back issues. She is very knowledgeable and gives encouragement to do the exercises at home. I'm sure Jacob who is new to the Practice whom Shelley was mentoring will fit in well. I was also pleased to receive the emails from the Practice with information on treating various problems. I also received my instructions via email for when I start Hydrotherapy.
