Was fortunate to have the opportunity of meeting with the reception team on both sites, Miami and Lakeland! Received politeness , patience and understanding from both teams. Had a remedial massage with Jodie and she was amazing have rebooked for 4 weeks time and my husband has had 2 massages with her and both were so good , would highly recommend
