I was very happy with all the staff very friendly and helpfulÂ
Shelley gave me a very thorough examination and worked out a plan to help my back issues. She is very knowledgeable and gives encouragement to do the exercises at home. I'm sure Jacob who is new to the Practice whom Shelley was mentoring will fit in well. I was also pleased to receive the emails from the Practice with information on treating various problems. I also received my instructions via email for when I start Hydrotherapy.Â
Went well. A handout at the end on how to do the exercises in addition to photos would be useful.Â
