Alex has an excellent balance of advocating for buyer and vendor. Something that you don't see a lot. He is approachable, an excellent and clear communicator, is efficient, and honest. Alex kept us up to date throughout the entire process. He is very knowledgeable, and helped us navigate through the sale process with ease. I would definitely look to buy, lease or sell through Alex again, he would definitely be our first choice of agent.
Alex handled the sale of our investment property in Alphington. We had a number of agents through the property with Alex being the last to inspect and speak to us. It was immediately clear to us that Alex was the agent that we were after. He understood the type of sale we were looking for and set about finding the buyer. After a short time which included daily contact, the sale was done. The sale price and Alex’s customer service exceeded our expectations. Thankyou.
She is very reliable person. I like talking with her. She also has good sale skills. I will keep touch with her.
After we put our property in the market we found a major structural fault that needed to be rectified. Alex gave us supportive and constructive advice during this stressful process. When the property was fit for market again ,Alex sold it very quickly. He was pleasant prompt and communicative during all of this very long process. We highly recommend his agency.
Alex helped us sell both of our investment properties. His service is next to none. Absolutely brilliant at communicating. He is genuine and reliable. Highly recommend him.
Alex was fantastic to deal with. He was knowledgeable, accessible and honest. He wasn't pushy and equally was courageous enough to push back. I am certain this is what resulted in us selling our property for a price we were happy with and in a timeframe that worked well for us given the uncertainty at the time. We would strongly recommend Alex and would use him again.
Alex has been a pleasure to deal with as he is professional, honest, reliable and experienced. Throughout the entire process he was extremely helpful with any of our queries or concerns. Extremely pleased and will recommend him without a doubt.
Throughout the campaign Selena and the team were very transparent with there approach. The direction was clear. Selena was very hard working, taking calls, sending email at any hour of the day. Selena had great local knowledge and client/customer relationships that made the sale smooth. I highly recommend Selena and the Team
Alex is an outgoing, honest and professional agent, who genuinely represents and understands the vibrant nature of northside living. He was truthful about what was achievable and gave 100% to reach a fantastic outcome. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with Alex and we have no hesitation in recommending him to others!
