Malinda made the whole process a breeze. She is friendly, passionate about what she does and a great communicator. She is supportive and goes the extra mile to help. A pleasure to deal with, I highly recommend her.
I had an exceptional experience with Malinda. Her professionalism, communication and attention to detail were truly commendable. She articulated market insights and expectations very well. I highly recommend her services to anyone in need of a reliable and effective real estate agent. Thank you for a fantastic job Mal!
We were struggling to sell our property in Yarrabend. Then we brought Malinda on and wow did she do wonders! Being an off market property she went above and beyond to get all eyes on our property and exceeded our $$ expectation. Super knowledgable of the area, great communicator and just made us feel like we were her top priority on all matters. Ended up being very happy clients and would highly recommend her to everyone!
Malinda has been an absolute pleasure to work with. She is a professional , highly motivated and outstanding agent. Provides a strong commitment to her clients and responsive communication at all times. She never stops working, even when away for a weekend! Goes above and beyond to achieve the best results for her clients. She was very knowledgable of the local area, and got us a great price on our Townhouse in a very unpredictable market. Thanks for all your hard work, much appreciated.
Selena was fantastic from start to finish. She made contact with us regularly and always kept us updated after each inspection. She would go the extra mile and call us on any updates even after hours. She also assisted us with recommending a stylist and was present during styling and the photography stage to ensure the house was looking it's best. I would highly recommend Selena. She has been an absolute pleasure to work with.
Business response:
Thank you Melissa for the great feedback, look forward to helping you again soon!! Selena
Alex sold my investment property in Richmond in a matter of weeks and for what I believe to be an above market price. His service is top notch and wouldn’t use anyone else!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We interviewed multiple agents and was recommended Alex by a friend. Alex really stood out from the others, as he was so genuine and honest in his approach. His marketing strategy was clear and concise and after only 2 weeks on the market Alex already had a few offers and negotiated one well above our expectations. Overall a 5 star experience and we’ve already recommended Alex to others!!
This is the 3rd property we’ve purchased through Alex in the past 7 years. His service is second to none. We’ll be selling our family home in Ivanhoe soon and I know it will be in safe hands with him.
Very nice, work hard and helpful!
