Alex was professional, courteous and diligent. He also had great attention to detail. It was a real pleasure to work with him. Would highly recommend him for the sale of your property.
I am delighted to write a review for Annie Pham, who impeccably managed our property for several years. Annie's dedication and professionalism shone through in her meticulous property inspections. Her attention to detail and commitment to ensuring our property was well-maintained truly set her apart. Her timely communication and transparent updates kept us informed and assured of the property's condition.
We sold in Alphington and Malinda's knowledge of the area, and the community, was outstanding. She understood the market, and honesty was both valued and appreciated.
Malinda is the ultimate professional and went out of her way to educate me on all the considerations associated with buying my first house. She made herself readily available to answer any question and highlighted things I would never would have thought of myself. Working with Malinda made the whole experience seamless and gave me a greater level of confidence in my decision.
Malinda is not your average Agent. I’ve recently sold my property with Malinda during what most would call a volatile market with much uncertainty. Malinda did not give up on selling my property. If you want an agent who’ll tell you what you want to hear in the moment then keep searching. Malinda is honest, open and excellent an communicator. Taking calls and negotiating the sale on a Saturday evening while at a wedding was above and beyond! I highly recommend Malinda if you’re selling!
I am grateful to have Malinda sell my first home in a professional manner. She is always contactable and approachable making sure the whole process is smooth. Even through uncertain times of the current property market Malinda is realistic and genuine in achieving the best possible outcome. Her work ethic is second to none and is definitely worth every penny!
Fantastic service and knowlege, which gave us the confidence and trust that she would get the deal done.
Fantastic experience with Malinda. She is one of the most knowledgable consultants I 've had the pleasuree of dealing with. Nothing was too hard and she continually went over and above to secure the property for us. Her friednly demeanour built a lot of trust and confidence. Couldn't recommend her more highly.
Alex was brilliant, we had specific requirements in selling our home of 60 years, Alex was honest warm friendly and understanding. He was realistic with his appraisal and always contactable, would be happy to recommend him
