Steve was very open, honest, punctual, encouraging, sympathetic and empathetic. It was the absolute worst time to have my place on the market, with many things against us ( location/villa/ strata fees). Steve and his colleagues from the other branches msg me each time they had a prospective buyer. I was given feedback, which I took onboard each time. I am very grateful that we will be out of the home we had for 11 years, and moving into our forever home soon. No more renters blocking us in!!!
