Very professional nows the market
It was wonderfull working with Steve on our House Selling journey. He guided us and communicated in a timely manner to give us update or answer any of our question. We definitely recommend Steve and will use his service in the future if required.
Steve was incredible. He knew the area, what we could expect from the market, and what we could expect from him. He always kept us in the loop about the whole process, what to expect on the open day, and followed up extensively with prospective buyers. In the end, it was his negotiation skills that secured us a price well about what we expected. We could not be happier with the outcome!
I highly recommend Steve as he was very professional, knowledgeable and made the experience of selling my home very easy. Great results and sold within 4 days! Will definitely use Steve again.
The only reason I've given Steve 5 stars is because I can't give him 10! Steve was exceptional from start to finish, and delivered on every promise made. He also managed to sell our house for a record high in the suburb! What more could you ask for? Highly recommended!
Matthew was great to deal with from the start, very responsive and friendly, had a great knowledge of the market and helped with any questions I had throughout the process of buying a house.
Steve was great at marketing the property and took time explaining the selling process to me and answered all my questions professionally and quickly. He was a pleasure to deal with and made the selling process simply and easy and we were happy with the price achieved. We will be using Steve again in the future and will recommend him to family and friends.
This is the second time we have used Steve to sell. He is extremely knowledgeable and works hard to get good results. The whole process was seamless and both times our houses sold within the first week. He provides guidance and is always available to help out with anything at anytime . We would not hesitate to recommend Steve to anyone looking at buying or selling and would most certainly use him again in the future for our real estate needs.
Matt has been very attentive and knowledgeable throughout the whole process.
