Matthew has a wonderful knowledge of the local area .
Having worked in the area for a number of years Steve's knowledge of the local market is excellent. We did get a sale directly after the first open and although not as high as I was led to expect I am reasonably happy with the sale price. Steve's communication and follow up was prompt and efficient.
Professional from the very start Kept us informed of every detail
Business response:
Thank you Tracey & Ian.
Steve is the ultimate professional, nothing phased him, cant thank him enough for his unwavering support throughout the difficult sales process of Chester Hill.
I have known Steve for years as he has always kept in touch after the sale of our previous home. He impressed us then going above and beyond our expectations and low and behold he just did it again and impressed us with another sale. Steve is an excellent real estate agent who has a great reputation in the community. I will have no hesitation in recommending Steve to anyone looking to sell or buy a house.
Steve was fabulous to work with, anything we needed he had the answers to, as first home buyers Steve made it so easy and we didn’t feel overwhelmed by anything. Couldn’t be happier.
Professional and an absolute great experience, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! With Matthew and Darrin’s exceptional knowledge, I would highly recommend them to future vendors and buyers. The quality of their work is absolutely outstanding. After attending many open homes, none showed the true professionalism and genuine in who they are. Would highly recommend Matthew and his team to anyone looking to sell or purchase with a peace of mind in making such a decision an easy experience. Thanks again!!
