Very disappointed in our experience with Luxury Caravan Hire. We were contacted about 3 months prior to our hire date than the van we had booked would not be available due to needing a part, but were ensured we would get one of same or better standard. We specifically needed an Island Bed, full ensuite and not a pop-top, due to health reasons. This was relayed by two emails and three phone conversations which we were told not a problem, everytime.
