The van is easy to tow and heaps of storage space. Although there were some hiccups during pick-up and during the trip, both Dimitri and Craig had responded almost instantly to assist us in solving the unexpected incidents. They even sent their crew out (almost 3 hours drive) to our free camp to replace a new water pump, fixed the stove igniter, water heater and the toilet flushing system. Always fantastic service from Luxury Caravan Hire, the vans are immaculate and come with everything you need. Pick up and Drop off is super easy and quick, means you get on the road quickly. We've ben hiring for almost ten years from Dimitri and the team, and would highly recommend if you are looking for a van for a weekend or a week.... We were fortunate to have Luxury Caravan Hire provide us with temporary accommodation when our house was flooded in February 2022. It relieved us of the stress of having nowhere to live as no rental houses were available at that time. Any issues that occurred (as happens in caravan living) were dealt with expediently and the staff were very pleasant and professional. It was a pleasure to do business with this company.

Cannot say enough of the service and professionalism of luxury Caravan Hire. Dimitri, George and the ground staff are extremely helpful in getting you sorted for your journey and holiday. The vans are clean and well maintained and the videos that accompany the booking is very helpful for those who are first timers or are towing a van that may be foreign to them. It is a good and easy way to start your holiday

Overall, our experience with luxury caravans was great. We were given an upgrade in van and the van was beautiful and had everything we needed. Even when we had difficulties with the fridge, someone was always there to answer our calls and provide information on ways to fix the problem. Our only issues were the fact we only found out about the upgrade in van when we picked it up. So my husband had listened and watched all the videos on the van we thought we were hiring, only to then find out it wasn’t the van we were getting... read more
