This was our very first caravan experience as a family of 4. To be honest I knew I wanted a large caravan and the dates of travel but I had no idea which caravan would suit us for our trip. The team at Luxury Caravan Hire could not have helped me more! I spent a huge amount of time chatting through our options and what we got in the end was absolutely perfect. Caravan was clean and in good working order. But the break controller that was hired to us was of sub standard and probably illegal with the joints in the wiring harness that was extended with house hold wiring. The method of passing the cable through the cabin would become a trip hazard and with the joins in it may break while in transit. The method of tapping the cable to the back of the car is unacceptable as it would ruin the paint work. I suggest all vans come with Bluetooth version if required. Planned this trip for a year and when a last minute problem came up the guys did everything possible to find a replacement as good as we wanted. Even though the only problem we had on the trip couldn't be fixed remotely the phone support to troubleshoot the issue was superb.
