Rob was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I was outside Australia so couldn't inspect the property, and he made time to video call with me to walk me through the property and answer all my questions. Rob was always contactable and made time even on the weekend when I had questions. I didn't get the annoying "sales talk" that I have experienced in the past with other agents: and I always felt comfortalbe that I was getting an honest answer.
