Tommy was an excellent agent. He was extremely helpful throughout the whole process, and very knowledgeable. Tommy was very friendly, and always had time to explain everything in detail for us as first time sellers. Highly recommended, and will definitely use him again.
Marco is a professional trustworthy hardworking agent. I would highly recommend him.
Amazing can't even begin to describe Marco De Vincentiis from Kollosche. From the very first meeting with Marco we felt like family. He took the time to understand what my partner & I were looking for in a home and made it his mission to find it for us. Marco went over and above and made our property buying journey a stress free one. We would highly recommend Marco & the team at Kollosche to anyone looking for a personalised experience.
Many thanks to Mitch for handling the purchase of the property for this first time novice buyer - I couldn't have asked for anything more than the prompt, knowledgeable and personal customer service he afforded me during this process. His ability in keeping clear lines of communication open attest to the professional manner Mitch goes about his job and for that, he is to be highly commended.
Chelsea has been outstanding to work with in finding our first home. She is educated about the market, quick in responses and very professional. She was able to guide us with genuine confidence every step of the way. We couldn’t have asked for a better agent to work with!
Chelsea and the team has been really helpful during the whole selling process. We were nervous with our sale because we were hit with the COVID lockdown during our first week on the market. It delayed our inspections by 2 weeks, but Chelsea has reassured us in every step. She is very hands on with our property, and gives us a weekly update, as well as an update after every inspection. We are happy with the whole team as they are approachable and very knowledgeable on the real estate market.
We found Rob and the team outstanding. Dealing with Rob was a pleasure….. what he said he delivered which is hard to come by this very busy and difficult world we live in today. Great communication is the key. From the moment we met Rob we felt very comfortable and confident in what we wanted to achieve. Thank you for a job well done.
Business response:
Thank you Graham and Di for these heartwarming words, it is really appreciated. It has been so wonderful helping you both achieve a great result! Thanks for entrusting myself and the team for taking our recommendations and feedback on board.
Would highly recommend Tommy as your Agent. His attributes being genuine and reliable after meeting Tommy 5 months prior to buying my first home with him. Tommy takes the extra time to keep in contact and explain anything that your unsure of. It was a great experience purchasing a property from Tommy with all parties happy.
Jamie has helped us with the purchase of multiple properties over the years. Each and every transaction has been seamless and transparent. Jamie and the team keep us up to date throughout the process and are true professionals. We’re always happy with the five star service we get when dealing with Jamie and would have no harm in referring Jamie for any real estate needs. Thank you.
Business response:
Thank you. We can't wait to see what to do with the renovation. Regards, Jamie
