For sentimental reasons I had been delaying the sale of my mother's property. Then I met Lee and he provided the kick that I needed. He was always enthusiastic, positive, sympathetic and gave me excellent advice. He was on time for our meetings or would phone if he was delayed. He would also provide prompt feedback after any inspections. I am very pleased with the results that Lee attained for me. I highly recommend Lee if you seek an enthusiastic and professional marketer for your property.

Gypsea did a superb job with the marketing and sale of our property she was an absolute delight to work with . Gypsea kept us informed at all times and nothing was too much trouble . Her attention to detail was second to none and she acheived an exellent result for us and your property could not be in better hands if you are thinking of selling .

After 3 months of looking, Bodey was one of the few excellent real estate agents who responded promptly, understood and communicated thr vendors' requirements and was up-front and honest throughout our purchase. Personable and knowledgable, we were very impressed with Bodey, and he was a pleasure to deal with.

Troy is an amazing real estate agent and a great guy. He was extremely patient and understanding as we waxed and waned about selling our property over a number of years. He was never anything but positive as we asked things of him - often many times. Finally it was Troy's ability a secure a great price and quick sale that made all the difference. We were, and remain extremely happy with the outcome. We never felt pressured and always enjoyed our dealings with Troy who we highly recommend.

Mitch came highly recommended to us and still exceeded all expectations. As first time sellers of a property Mitch pushed us to present our property at its absolute best and we can’t be more appreciative of his efforts as it made all the difference in the end. He was calm when we weren’t and in control of the sale from start to end. Mitch and all his staff were punctual, scheduled and respectful at all times. Having seen Mitch's above average results in the suburb for years, he was our natural pick to sell our home. Extremely knowledgeable about the market and felt like he always had our best intentions at heart. If you have a waterfront home to sell, this is the guy to call.

I interviewed 3 agents when it came to selling my home in Broadbeach Waters and Mitch stood out as above everyone else. His experience and knowledge was comprehensive and I knew we would be in good hands. It was comforting to know he also owns and lives in the suburb. He is also an auctioneer so his advice on auction day was invaluable. We sold for well over our reserve and are extremely happy with the outcome.
