You can tell Josh is passionate about real estate. He is knowledgeable about real estate and had great ideas on the best way to market my home which worked, we got an offer for asking price at first open home. Josh is approachable and keeps in touch at each step of the process. My sale was not straight forward and Josh worked really hard to get the right outcome. I would definitely recommend josh anf i will be using him again in the future

Outstanding! We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Mitch Palmer and his team at Ray White Broadbeach Waters. Mitch and Bailey were extremely responsive, efficient and always accessible with any queries we had. They made the sale process enjoyable with their level of professionalism, expertise and local market knowlege.
