I have been liaising with James for over 2 years now and I am very impressed by his level of patience and his genuine personality. After being shown at least 30 properties James found me the one I had been looking for and negotiated transparently and professionally. I have always trusted James and felt that he understood my requirements and never pressured me into making a decision. He is also a great communicator and negotiator and I would highly recommend his services.
Chelsea made the selling of my home easy and quick. As a pensioner I was intimidated by the process but shouldn't have worried. My home took only 10 days to sell as Chelsea found several serious buyers. However, her strength shone through when an issue arose through no fault of Chelsea's which she quickly resolved and turned the situation into a hiccup instead of a headache. Thank you Chelsea, now I can look forward to my next chapter.
Thank you to Rob Lamb, Jenny McLean and the Kollosche team who were the agents on my recent purchase of an apartment at Mermaid Beach. I found Rob and his team to be extremely professional and courteous. All my queries have been answered in a friendly and timely manner and the purchase process has been seamless. Thank you Rob and staff. I would highly recommend Kollosche to any prospective buyers or sellers.

I had the pleasure of working with Sam Guo, Julia Kuo, and Selina Lancette for the auction of my property. Their professionalism and expertise in the industry was exceptional. They provided valuable insights and guidance throughout the entire auction process, and their marketing campaign was outstanding, resulting in multiple registered bidders on the day and a successful sale. Their dedication and commitment to achieving the best outcome for their clients is truly admirable.
Mitchell made the process of buying easy and stress free. His communication was excellent and open. Thank-you!
Thanks James for assisting with our recent purchase. I have dealt with many agents in the past and have had varying success. I found you to be great to deal with, in particular your communication and focus on getting the deal completed. Thanks again Bryan and Jackie
Chelsea was great to have as I was a first home buyer with not a lot of knowledge. She constantly kept me updated with all of the processes involved and was able to get everything sorted on her end so quickly. She is very professional and I would highly recommend her for selling/buying a property.
I recently purchased an apartment in Broadbeach and I’d like to thank Matthew for the service he provided throughout the entire process. He was friendly, professional and prompt when responding to questions and especially during negotiations with the seller. He even gave us a lift back to our hotel after the open for inspection. I couldn’t recommend him more highly.
