Kara is knowledgeable and hardworking. She gives straightforward advice. An excellent communicator.
I can’t begin to describe the experience we had with Josh. We found our dream home but hadn’t even listed our current property. Josh knew how much the new property meant to us and went over and above to secure buyers for our current home without even having to go to market and getting us a price well beyond our expectations so we were able to buy the new home. We cannot thank him enough, we are absolutely in love with our new home and it wouldn’t have been possible without him!
A huge thank you to Josh for not only helping us purchase our dream home but also selling our previous home off market for a great price and ensuring that everything married up with both properties. It was a very stressful process at times and we were not always the easiest to deal with but Josh was so patient with us and kept us calm and reassured that it would all work out, which it did thanks to him. I honestly can’t speak highly enough of Josh and his genuine passion for wanting to help!
Chelsea was amazing to work with, Chelsea went over and above to support us and our family through the proses of selling our family home. In the current climate Chelsea was able to get an amazing outcome through hard work and great advice. I have no hesitation in recommending Chelsea
Unreal young man Professional, all questions were answered without hesitation. It was a pleasure to meet him. We consider him as a friend.
My wife and I recently purchased a property through Corey Bedford in coombabah. Corey is extremely knowledgeable and attentive and a pleasure to deal with. Excellent communication skills and always ready to return a call or answer a query , even on his day off. . As first time “auction purchasers “ his advice and encouragement was invaluable. Highly recommend Corey’s services to both buyers and sellers .
Danny and his partner Rebecca did a wonderful job of selling my apartment by auction. They helped me in every way possible to achieve the best sale price. They were very thoughtful with regard to inspections and open homes. Everything went very smoothly and Danny always did what he said he would do and always followed through. He kept me well informed on buyer interest and the auction process. I certainly would highly recommend Danny to any prospective seller.
What a pleasure it was to sell our property with James, Troy and their team at Kollosche. James and Troy were very supportive of our sale expectations, took the time to learn our property inside out, and found us the perfect buyer for our home in circumstances where not many properties like ours had sold in the area in recent times. Communication lines were always open, we were kept very much apprised of progress at every stage and ultimately, we achieved a brilliant outcome for our property.
Chelsea was incredible! She was extremely fast-working, patient and understanding and had the sold sign up in the same week! Beyond grateful for her help!
