Received a gift voucher which I used to book a 50min massage. Treatment started with a smoking ceremony? A 20min disorganised foot cleanse and a very rushed 20min massage. The hot stones were not hot and I was actually quite cold and uncomfortable. The treatment room was quite unpleasant, my feet hung off the very small table. The therapist spent much of the time fumbling around for things. Asked for a firmer pressure to be told ‘we only do gentle massage here’. Tried to pay for my massage but machine wasn’t working. Paid later over the phone but the receptionist pressed the wrong button; charge went to pending but not paid. I’m sure the treatments at Jindii are fantastic but I never got the chance to find out. My father bought me a $150 voucher last Christmas and after the voucher was misplaced soon after I didn’t realise that it was only valid for 6 months. I was so excited to find it again but unfortunately Jindii have a hard policy not to honour vouchers after the 6 months. Massage table was wobbly and they finished 15mins earlier that what was stated in the treatments.
My gf and I were booked in for pedicure. When we arrived we were told one lady would switch between the two of us as other staff member hadn't turned up for work. Obviously we were left for 10-15 minutes at a time with feet unattended, cold and staring at the ceiling. Then we were told we would get 50% off but later told only 20%.
