Tried to pay for my massage but machine wasn’t working. Paid later over the phone but the receptionist pressed the wrong button; charge went to pending but not paid. Got multiple calls asking me to pay again, despite pending charge still on my account. Agreed to pay prior to next appointment, after pending charge removed. I’m sure the treatments at Jindii are fantastic but I never got the chance to find out. My father bought me a $150 voucher last Christmas and after the voucher was misplaced soon after I didn’t realise that it was only valid for 6 months. I was so excited to find it again but unfortunately Jindii have a hard policy not to honour vouchers after the 6 months. Massage table was wobbly and they finished 15mins earlier that what was stated in the treatments.
My gf and I were booked in for pedicure. When we arrived we were told one lady would switch between the two of us as other staff member hadn't turned up for work. Obviously we were left for 10-15 minutes at a time with feet unattended, cold and staring at the ceiling. Then we were told we would get 50% off but later told only 20%.
