The room felt unclean in regards to cobwebs, smudges on windows and walls. The room was being set up while we were there waiting which made it seem rushed and disorganised such as furniture being moved between rooms etc. For the couples service, we were unable to book it online and there was no listed price on the website and no price was discussed prior to receiving the treatment which made the final bill a bit of a shock. The massage was wonderful and I did enjoy it once I had it. The automated confirmation system needs to be improved as twice it got my booking time wrong, and it is hard to confirm bookings on a Sunday which is when the automated system sends out the confirmation as the Spa does not open on a Sunday or Monday
Very relaxing experience, and an hour went way too fast. Lovely big rooms and gentle hands made this a wonderful experience.

Fatima gave me a very relaxing and comprehensive hydrating facial. I really enjoyed the experience. My only comment was that the music was a little too loud for my taste.

My hydrating facial treatment and bright eyes add on was awesome, i had the best experience, Rachael was amazing, so gentle and thoughtful, and very experienced.. she let me know everything she was doing. I felt so relaxed the whole time, i didn't want it to end. i can't wait to come back again soon and bring my girlfriend!.. Nikki H
