I had the grounding ritual earlier this week and it was absolutely incredible. Sarv, the therapist was so warm and welcoming and consistently tailored the pressure and various elements of the treatment to my needs and preferences. I will absolutely be going back again and would highly recommend booking in with Sarv. Thanks so much for such a wonderful , relaxing experience!

Relaxing atmosphere and welcome by staff. Sarv was very skilled and attentive to my needs. She helped me identify the areas that needed attention and I felt calm and relaxed afterwards.

Peaceful and relaxing environment. But I had booked a 90 min facial and was finished in 80 min. The massage felt flimsy and it would have been nice if the consultant/beautician had spoken to me, even briefly, once finished and in the waiting room. I wasn’t sure if I needed to finalise the account and there was no one to ask. A nice facial but a few things lacking

Everything lovely but I felt very expensive for what you get. You need to clean up around the outside of the building, especially the spider webs on the windows and broken down whatever out the front. The windows in the room I was in looked to be decorated but when I looked closer it was cobwebs. My skin did feel amazing after the Organic Radiant Facial.
Nice, calm surroundings, nice products, healing hands. Came away feeling relaxed and lighter.
