I don't understand the point of this survey. Generally everything is ok, jobs actioned quickly. Friendly and professional but no leeway when it comes to invoices. As a renter in the current market it's very hard financially and to be chased up for payment when it is not overdue is unnecessary and annoying.

Excellent and efficient communication with any and all needs or requests from myself to H4R or my owner. Polite, professional and pleasant tenant to landlord relationships. I couldn’t think of using another landlord, ever!
