Great team! Always keep me up to date and very proactive with compliance and maintenance. It's also the little things like group discounts on servicing electrical items, fire alarms and pest inspections! Have a very low turn over of staff so you are familiar with who you are dealing with.

I have found the Homes4Rent team generally proactively managing my property by following up on required maintenance, making sure that rent reviews are conducted prior to expiry of tenancy agreement, ensuring the property always has an active tenancy agreement, conducting regular property inspections and making sure tenants are not falling behind on rental payments. The team is generally proactive on all fronts.
