Hugo was a very personable and professional agent. He was extremely knowledgeable about the properties and the local area. He was also very flexible and went above and beyond to be helpful, arranging additional viewings and providing any information we requested. I found Hugo to be honest, reliable and very easy to deal with. I would highly recommend him.
Hugo was amazing through our selling process. He always kept us informed about where the sale is at. I felt like he took the stress out of selling. I will only be using him in the future. Thank you again Hugo, you were amazing
My husband and I have been house/land hunting for almost 4 years before we found our forever home. In that 4 years, we met quite a few agents. Most of them were standoffish, did not give us adequate information, one did not even bother coming out to meet us even after multiple requests. From the first meeting, Hugo was friendly, informative, open and extremely responsive to calls, text messages and any questions we had; big or small. He's truly the best! Also, nice yo-yos, mate!
Hugo was fantastic throughout the sale of our home. Professional, knowledgeable and always responsive, he made the process smooth and stress-free. He kept us updated at every stage and his attention to detail and communication were excellent. We couldn’t be happier with the result. Highly recommend Hugo to anyone looking for an agent who goes above and beyond. Thank you, Hugo!
Jock was wonderful during a long period of time it took to sell. He was patient with us & very professional, no bullshit. Jock had many people inspect our property but it took a long time to find the right buyer. No reflection on Jock just hard times.
Hugo is new to realestate but he has lots of spunk. He was very professional, kind & rewarded us with a sale. Hugo has a great talent of communicating well, video charisma & great ideas to encourage possible buyers to view the property.
Working with hugo was so effortless, he made the whole process very easy and personable. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking at either buying or selling property to work with Hugo and the team at harcourts..very professional and easy to work with..
Hugo was a pleasure to deal with. Great at communicating, we never felt like we were left in the dark. If we did have any enquiries he was very quick to get answers back to us. Super friendly, genuine bloke, exactly the type of person you want in your corner.
Hugo was knowledgeable, diligent, and went out of his way to help us when we brought and sold 2 properties with him. We would 100% go through Hugo again if we ever need an agent. The whole process, which had some hiccups due to a difficult third party, was made so much easier with Hugo there to support us. His communication and knowledge was excellent, we very much felt like valued customers and Hugo was very genuine through out the whole process.
