As our first time selling Jacob was very helpful with explaining the process and answering all of our calls and text messages to dispel any anxieties we had. Jacob went above and beyond and also secured above our asking price.
Jacob was a pleasure to deal with from the outset! The first property we viewed was unfortunately not for us, he listened to our requirements and found our dream family home. Jacob was fair and quick to respond to all forms of communication, giving us insight with local knowledge was a bonus too. Thanks again Jacob, couldn’t recommend you enough.
Jacob was an amazing agent that went above and beyond to help us close our sale. He ensured we were confident and comfortable with available properties and really assisted us to find what was right. When we found the right property he continued to exceed expectations and ensure that all requirements were met and even completed further property checks to ease our decision. Cannot praise him enough for all the effort he put into supporting us.
Good people skills Helpful and not overbearing
Wow is probably the best way to describe Jacob Holden. An extraordinary experience! A young man with not only excellent, real market knowledge but sincerity with delivery. He truly works hard to get you the best result possible and then delivers exactly that. No argy bargy just genuine care. We sold the first day with two offers. Boom! That's how good Jacob Holden is. If you want to sell your property, contact Jacob Holden at Harcourts Horsham.
Jock delivered once again, getting the sale of our home in a short time frame at the price we were looking for. Kept us informed the whole way through and couldn't have been more helpful. Highly recommended.
Jacob Holden was fantastic with helping me with everything I needed to do to buy my house. Jacob went beyond his job with answering questions I had about everything. Worked with my work hours.
Jacob was wonderful all through our buying experience. He could not do enough to help us. Thank you Jacob..
Jock was superb to deal with during the recent purchase of our property. We took our time looking in a particular area and the level of expertise Jock had was incredible. What really stood out to us was the professionalism Jock took at all times, he was very generous in his time, he was never pushy and always answered our calls or returned them promptly if he was busy. We were very lucky to strike such a gem in the real estate market with Jock and would highly recommend Jock to future clients.
