Sold 2 properties and purchased 1 at the same time. Hugo was generally great with communication and replying when I had questions, I felt he was honest and transparent in the information/advice he gave. A few times I felt I had to chase things up, but overall the selling process was easy enough. Can't recommend Corrie enough as a property manager. She goes above and beyond for her clients
Tenants had agreed with property manager that the bond (a substantial sum) could be taken by Harcourts at move-out to cover any outstanding rent. Advised that the type of cleaning could be selected by the tenant, as long as cleanliness the same or similar to state at move-in. This property manager then took leave two weeks before tenant's vacate date. New manager not aware of or disregarded previous transmissions. Excellent service. Regular communication, good advertising and signage. Was able to sell my property within a few months. 100% recommend.
I should have posted this review a few years ago. I am extremely grateful for Corrie our property manager of over 3 years. We have had such a wonderful experience with her service and excellent management of our rental property. We purchased this property from Jock who also has kept in contact with sales opinions. Absolutely highly recommended and we love that our rental property is managed with ease.
