I should have posted this review a few years ago. I am extremely grateful for Corrie our property manager of over 3 years. We have had such a wonderful experience with her service and excellent management of our rental property. We purchased this property from Jock who also has kept in contact with sales opinions. Absolutely highly recommended and we love that our rental property is managed with ease. Massive praise for the property management team at Harcourts. We changed the management of our rental property over to Harcourts from a different problematic real estate agency and Olivia and the team have been nothing but professional and extremely easy to work with. They quickly rectified several issues that our previous property managers had overlooked and ignored and any concerns or issues are now addressed as soon as possible. Should've used Harcourts from the get go!
Would never recommend this real estate agency . Josh sent us to a property that needs to be condemned. He said it needed a little work. My step son fell through the floor no power no water. Is asking 155,000 so didn't expect much ,but the house needs to be condemned. Told us it was approx 2- 3 acres lol. If I could give less than one star - I would.
Absolutely useless!! Ethics of staff are appalling. Property managers talk down to clients, two faced business to deal with. When things go wrong, expect: No communication, no returned phone calls, no help, no assistance, no sympathy, no empathy, no service, attitude, stand over tactics, demeaning comments. Watch out for these guys.
Salesperson Shaun was a pleasure to deal with. Friendly and informative. Hopefully, I get to deal with the Harcourts Horsham team again.
