Kirrilly was amazing throughout the entire process. She is knowledgeable, negotiated fairly and really worked hard for the best outcome for our Family. I highly recommend Kirrilly and the Team at Halliwells and we will definitely be using them in the future.
Brad is extremely helpful not only with the sale but keeping you in the loop of what extra jobs may need to be done before the sale. I would not use anyone else.
Renae was always prompt to respond and answer questions and chase up information. Nothing was too much trouble. She communicated every step of the way and always followed through.
Brad Green has sold three properties for me. He was also my agent to buy one propery and manage that rental. I'm an interstate investor. I always choose Brad Green. Most recently I called Brad, told him my sale price and he had a result, off market, within days. He made the sale go smoothly with his trade contacts to fix minor repairs requested by buyer. Brad is enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Brad clearly loves his job!
Brad did an excellent job. Secured a very good price and dealt with everything that needed to be done quickly and efficiently.
Brad listened to our needs and acted in a prompt manner. We got the result we were after and were very happy with Brad.
Renae’s professionalism and transparent communication was appreciated. Renae was super easy to deal with and got the best outcome for us, when selling our home for us.
Renae was wonderful when I bought my home, her personalized approach made me feel so comfortable. She had outstanding communication and kept me informed at all times. My purchase was a smooth process and Renae went above and beyond and I would highly recommend her.
Great guy to work with, easy to get along with. He was confident on how to negotiate to get the best price and handled the sale well.
