Found Brad Green of halliwell property excellent achieved above expected price and set record sale for the street and recently brought new house from brad green also was very happy smooth transition and he went out his way to help with any questions.
Brad was very professional and always replied promptly to any questions. Reliable and would recommend him as an agent!
Very easy to deal with made the process stress free.
Donna was so friendly and helpful. She answered any questions we had efficiently and nothing was ever a problem. I have already told Donna if we ever move again she will be the first person I call. Thankyou Donna
Business response:
thank you so much guys...that was very nice of you. ....but I hope I don't have to see you anytime soon 🙂 enjoy your new home 🙏
I chose Donna to sell my mother's home as we had dealt with her with the purchase of the same home, 7 years ago. Being local she knows the area and many of the potential purchasers. She is professional and reliable, but what i like, and appreciate, most about Donna is that she tells it how it is. She is honest. Selling or buying property is a stressful and emotional time but she guides you through that and helps you to see things clearly. I would highly recommended Donna to anyone.
Business response:
thank you so much for your lovely message. it certainly was a pleasure helping you and your family achieve what we set out to do. 🙏
Pleasant and stress free purchasing experience. Brad was extremely professional, genuine and showed sincere care for all involved. Brad was honest about the house, and shared his knowledge on what could be achieved with the right renovations. Super Happy!
Brad is the hardest working & most dedicated agent i have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Brad is wise beyond his years and we are extremely grateful for his care, expertise and honesty in handling the sale of our property. We will not be going to anyone else for future real estate transactions and we could not recommed him anymore highly! Thank you Brad.
Knowledge was very acceptable
Brad was super responsive and considerate during our recent sale. It was a challenging family time and Brads good humour, understanding and compassion made it so much easier. We will be coming to Brad for all our real estate needs. Thanks so much Brad!!
