Great knowledge of current market and communication during the listing. Promoted the property very well and went out of his way to help with even small details.
Exceptional, service, knowledge and professionalism. You won’t find a better agent.
Brad, was great from the first look at the propert, right upto settlement. You get the same servcie from start to finish, nothing was a hassle. He was an "open book" with all my questions. Would recommend Brad to anyone looking for an agent
You won’t find a more dedicated and reliable realestate agent. Brad is friendly, approachable and willing to go the extra mile for his clients. No task is too great or small, and he does it all with a smile. Always positive and upbeat in every situation and keeps you informed at every stage. I would definitely recommend Brad…if you are looking for someone who is a delight to work with whilst buying or selling your home.
Murph's professionalism & can-do attitude is what makes him who he is, he found the buyers, we had many of contracts, even in a high sale price bracket, Murph's charisma makes him a people person, a larrikin who laughs a lot - he's a natural communicator, who can relate his local knowledge & life experiences into his sales pitch, Leigh negotiated us the best opportunity to sell. 10/10
Brad made the process of selling our house so easy, his highly motivated, professional and a standout in his industry. We highly recommend Brad and will continue to work with him in the future
Brad has a laid back way of doing things which puts his clients at ease. However, this does not come with a lack of attention to detail. He has been in the industry long enough to know the market and is very professional in the areas of marketing and negotiation. He is likeable and friendly and this makes him a pleasure to deal with. Due to mobility issues I couldn't prepare my yard as well as I would have liked so he pitched in and helped the person I employed to reduce the cost.
Brad did a wonderful job selling our Property. Always ready to help with any issues, and go the extra mile to make things happen. Our sale went through very smoothly and we were very happy with his professional attitude and service.
Brad was very helpful and always prompt in updates! Always happy to go the extra mile! Would highly recommend.
