Absolutely discussed in the serve my daughter received when she purchased a property with Barry Mitting. Had to pay for a lock smith to come out and rekey lock, due to the seller grinding all the locks of, removing light shades and having exposed wire hanging down, curtain fixture missing from bedrooms, oven trays missing.
