The service was exceptional in every respect exemplified in the way Gareth managed his role in the whole process. He related and communicated very well; always did what he said he would do and when promised;; was ethical in all his dealings; paid close attention to detail; and managed the negotiations with me and the prospective buyers impeccably. We had Samantha Casello as our realestate agent and throughout the whole experience she made it a breeze to sell our beautiful 4x2 home, Sam kept up to date and informed us with all the information and updates on our home during this process. Absolutely discussed in the serve my daughter received when she purchased a property with Barry Mitting. Had to pay for a lock smith to come out and rekey lock, due to the seller grinding all the locks of, removing light shades and having exposed wire hanging down, curtain fixture missing from bedrooms, oven trays missing.
