Our Agent Gareth Doust encouraged us to use the Online Auction method to sell our home in Dawesville. Although reluctant at first we realized it was a great way to test the market. His marketing campaign worked brilliantly and with 3 home opens we had over 50 groups inspecting our home. He attracted 7 Bidders to the Auction and we were very pleased with the result.
