Trent, in association with colleague Blake Stratton, did an outstanding job. I'm not sure if it sets a record, but my property was an off-market presentation due to existing long-term and lovely tenants living in it. The property was listed with Trent & Blake on Monday; it was sold the following Thursday. In effect 3 working days! I was stoked! For me the ethics and values of all at Gittoes is the gold standard.
