I received personal service and genuine care as a buyer. I was buying my first house in 20+ years, I was quite detailed with what I wanted and I asked lots of questions. Nothing was too much for Allison and her team. When the valuation was taking too long (due to high demand and wait times) and an extension for finance was required, Allison saved the deal from being cancelled, late night phone calls and genuine care to myself, as a customer was much appreciated.
Personable agent. We first met Allison 7 years ago when we purchased a house in Gatton, and we have been happy to work with her again in the sale of this property. Allison is very knowledgeable about the housing market and provided us with enough information to make informed decisions regarding the sale. Allison is friendly, interested in her clients personally and makes herself available to answer questions. She is an excellent communicator and we would recommend Allison to anyone needing an agent in this area.
An excellent selling experience. The Gatton Real Estate team put together a brilliant video to showcase the property, which was a six-pack of units. Allison helped me to set a realistic price expectation and then actively worked with me to negotiate the initial low-ball offers before achieving a price that was satisfactory and fair. Gatton Real Estate has also managed the property for the 15 years that I've owned it and have been an excellent company to deal with.
