Alison went above and beyond to get our house sold, she was so knowledgeable about where the market was sitting and very professional and most importantly friendly
Allison's knowledge of the market and timelines in responding to my enquiries was excellent. I would not hesitate in referring her to my friends.
I can't rate Allison highly enough, she is always so energetic and enthusiastic. Nothing is ever to hard for her and she always goes over and above what it expected. She is quick to reply, happy to engage and keeps you up to date throughout the whole process. The whole Gatton real estate team are a pleasure to deal with. Thanks!
Allison went above and below to find the right customer and helped me through every single step. I have a high regard for Allison and quite happy with the sale.
Allison and her team at Gatton Real-estate did a great job in marketing and selling our house in Gatton. The marketing presentation included professional photographs, some of which with indicative furnishings superimposed and excellent external drone footage of the house, gardens and surrounds. As a result the house sold quickly and for a great price. We would wholeheartedly recommend Allison and her team for the sale of your beloved home!
Alison is the BEST agent in Gatton - just don’t go anywhere else! This was our 3rd sale with Alison and she always exceeds every expectation and nothing was too hard for her to solve. Her manner, her professionalism, her local knowledge all amazing - she will go above and beyond to make it easy and successful for you!
Allisons knowledge of the market is fantastic. Her beautiful personality shone thru in every aspect of the sale of our house. Every step of the way Allison contacted us to keep us up to date and everything went so smooth and quickly. 5 stars dont seem enough to give. Thank you so much to Allison and team for a seamless transaction. Highly recommended
Allison has been just fantastic to work with. She provided an accurate price and the property had multiple offers within 3 days, and went under contract in the first week. Our settlement was very complicated with numerous hold ups and Allison was a guiding force in making sure it all went through, communicating promptly and always being calm and positive.
Allison is an agent of agents! She made purchasing our new home such a breeze, making things simple and easy, especially since there were some hurdles on our end, but Allison calmed us down and guided us through all the hurdles until settlement. She is knowledgeable and caring and such a Gem! Allison and her team are just the best!!! Thank you for helping us purchase our most valued asset, and making it breeze easy!
