Rhonda was so easy to deal with right from the start. She explained everything to us in detail, nothing was too hard. The house was under contract within a matter of 12 days. She got a great price for the house. Will definitely deal with Rhonda again in the future.
Absolutely fantastic service. Rhonda and her team are excellent to deal with. Would recommend Gatton Real Estate to anyone.
Great local knowledge, friendly and easy to get in contact with. Nothing was too much.
Rhonda has an excellent knowledge of the Gatton housing market and maintains contact at all stages to keep you well informed. You can rely on her to be realistic and fair whether you are the buyer or seller. At sale Rhonda obtained a good price and I would recommend her to anyone wanting to sell or buy real estate.
Great marketing, very professional, and pleasure to work with her
Great knowledge of the area. Friendly and adaptable. Able to meet on weekends. Gave recommendations for local services. Made the process easy. Very pleased with her service
Rhonda made us feel confident that she was always acting on our behalf. We are now selling another property through her exclusively
Excellent
When only the best will do ... Allison is a professional in real estate, the only person we would trust with selling our property. Our buyers were from interstate and in the midst of border restrictions due to Covid. No worries! Allison guided both parties throughout the whole process. She knows how to communicate with people. Just love her work ethics as she thrives on being busy. We always appreciated her prompt return of our phone calls at those critical times. Just the best!
