The young French man, whose name I have unfortunately forgotten, was wonderful. He understood my dilemma, that my hair was unmanageable for travelling and I was leaving for Europe the following evening. He kindly made an appointment for me with Charlotte that day. Charlotte was excellent. She also understood and gave me a fantastic hairstyle, the best I have had in years and which I felt actually suited me.
