It was such a lovely experience as always. My stylist was very professional, knowledgeable, and warm. I usually feel a bit awkward at salons but have never felt this way during any of my visits. The results have always been great no matter who the stylist is. I've tried other salons in between visits and keep coming back to Franck Provost in the CBD because I know that I'll always walk out with beautiful healthy hair.

Great advice from David. Very professional, listened to my concerns, spotted right away the issue(s) at hand and proposed a remedial action plan. Very pleased with the outcome of the first step that is a ‘repairing’ cut to start putting in some shape. Highly recommend a visit and David’s skilful expertise.

Before cutting we talked about the look and feel I wanted. How my hair feels and then discussed costs etc and then agreed . I felt pampered, listened too with a great end result when I walked out of the salon.

David ( Frank Provost central Sydney) did an amazing job with colour conditioner and a very good cut, with excellent advice on products . My third time now with David so will keep coming back when in Sydney . He also kept a good eye on time . The other staff were also very polite and welcoming .
