Charlotte took off ~1 inch more than I asked for and clearly didn’t listen to what I wanted my hair to look like. She kept stopping to talk to other customers. She was rude and very judgmental about my hair, not realising that when you work in the city, you are probably going to have clients who don’t have time for hair masks etc etc

I always leave my appointments satisfied but this time unfortunately not. I didn’t receive what I had asked for and booked. Also my hair was frizzy by the time I got home because of the styling. I do appreciate the work of the stylist and I believe they are very skilled but I had to go to another salon the following day to correct my hair which is disappointing.
— the blonde shampoo (or maybe conditioner) was left on too long and turned my hair purple/grey - the curls put in my hair were very poor. I already discussed this with the team on the day.
