I always leave my appointments satisfied but this time unfortunately not. I didn’t receive what I had asked for and booked. Also my hair was frizzy by the time I got home because of the styling. I do appreciate the work of the stylist and I believe they are very skilled but I had to go to another salon the following day to correct my hair which is disappointing.
— the blonde shampoo (or maybe conditioner) was left on too long and turned my hair purple/grey - the curls put in my hair were very poor. I already discussed this with the team on the day.
Loved everything about our 3 hour visit until I got a bill of over $800 which I was absolutely not expecting. We unfortunately won't be returning

The haircolorist asked me to come first for consultation so she can run a strand test on my hair to check weather she will be able to achieve the ash blonde color for my hair but instead on the consultation day she said she can achieve the color I trusted her. But actually she didn't achieve the right color instead the top my head is gold yellowish instead of ash blonde. The top is worse as she wasn't patient enough. Maya was very lovely and the head massage was wonderful after a long day at work. I normally get a blwodry from Barry at the Chatswood salon who does a fantastic job, but it was not the same standard at the Macquarie store. Overall, a relaxing experience, but was a slightly disappointing blowdry.

After paying nearly $220 I thought I was going to see a different result. Dave barely trimmed anything off my hair after I asked for the layers to be shorter so as to lift my hair up and have the layers slightly flicking out. Very disappointing as I feel like I haven't had a haircut. Thank you but I will not be returning.
