We found both David and Tim to be very helpful, professional and open when we purchased a unit using Force Real Estate. Nothing was a problem. There was an issue that involved the Strata Company that Tim coordinated and resolved professionally and in a timely manor. We would recommend David and Tim to anyone looking at buying property . Unreasonable in some of the demands we were expected to do and then sent the owners in to do further cleaning on a very old property.
The property was/is filthy dirty inside and outside. I haven’t been able to move in properly as I still scrubbing cupboards and floors. The window trims haven’t been cleaned. Overall totally disappointed. (Holly tried her best to have the place cleaned but unfortunately the man did nothing.) Having said that Holly and the receptionist have been wonderful to deal with and I’m sure they will sort things out on Monday. Regards Karen Lynch
