Great communication from Tim via text. Message. Email and phone calls. Tim went out of his way to make all the things happen. Even if he was waiting on certain documents from us, he still got everything in motion, so there would be no dellays
I have had a number of Property managers for my property and each one has been good but Holly Vincent, my current manager is amazing. Holly has been wonderful in managing my property, especially as my tenants are lovely people but their situation leads to the property not being kept in the condition that is expected. But Holly is great them in liaises well with the tenants to get the required results and keeps me well informed. I appreciate everything Holly does in a difficult situation. She is an asset to Force.
Rental properties well managed at acceptable rates
Brooke is our property manager, right from the start Brooke has been absolutely amazing.unfortunately we are having to deal with a tenant that has caused a lot of damage to the property and a lot of headaches even when he was paying his rent. Brooke has been so supportive , caring and always gone above and beyond. If we ever get an investment property again , it will be only because we can go through Force Real Estate and have Brooke as our property manager.
Brooke is a great property manager. Very professional and makes sure my properties are looked after. Would recommend her any time.
