David and Tim are the best I have dealt with . I had been shortchanged before , I have bought and sold many properties in last 15 years in WA, However after dealing with David and Tim as a buyer and then seller, they are the best in business , What's so good about them 1. Transparent and Ethical 2. Settlement process is stressful for many of us, so having David and Tim look after everything is great 3. David does finance profiling for buyers to ensure offer doesn't fall through Highly recommended
