We can’t praise Mark Cheney and he’s team Amy Bell, Marty Dawe and Holly enough everything was handled with the upmost professionalism, from the sales blurb about the house where we had to sit back and go is this really our house their describing, we where never in the dark with regards to communication whether it was organising open homes, adhoc inspections, sales progress or contract negotiations. Mark assured us he could sell it in 30 days and did it half the time “And that’s how they do it”
I would highly recommend Mark and his team. He has great knowledge of the area and local housing market. Mark handled all my queries professionally and promptly and was very helpful with all aspects of selling my house.
