Jake is an outstanding agent. He was highly communicative with me as the seller and with the buyers.
We are both extremely happy that we went with Mark Cheney and his team for many reasons but their knowledge of the area and the market and the processes involved were all first class. The whole team were faultless in the presentation and sale of the property and I particularly appreciated the proactive approach following up buyers. Mark, Amy and the whole team achieved a price well above that which we anticipated and Marty was always on the ball. The whole team are a refreshingly class act.
Mark had a thorough knowledge of the market. He and all the staff at First National were cooperative, helpful and respectful throughout the process of our sale.
Very reliable and trustworthy
I think Mark's team works great! Everything handled in a timely and professional manner.
Amy was exceptional with her communication, nothing was an issue. She made buying a house really easy and stress free.
We would highly recommend Mark Cheney and his team Amy and Jake. After having our house on the market with another local realestate for three months we had pretty much had lost faith in the selling process. That was quickly resurrected from first contact with Mark and his team. We felt included and informed through the whole process. The house sold on the second day of being on the market.
Completely happy with Mark and team .Will use again .Great result acheived .
Mark was a pleasure to deal with. He was contactable 24/7. Still after the sale of the house I have had a few inquiries and he answered his phone straightaway to me. Property was left absolutely immaculate. Would recommend Mark and his team to anyone at looking at purchasing or selling a house.
