Mark Cheney and his team were so patient and accommodating throughout our entire buying process. We really could not be any more greatful for Marks attentiveness and reliability in what can be a very daunting and overwhelming process. Thanks Cheney, Our little family can now call this place our home
Mark & his team showed commitment & confidence that our property would sell & kept us informed about who was coming through & their comments. We were very happy with the result & the service.
We had had our home on the housing market for 6 months without success. We then listed with Mark and his Team and within 3 weeks we had a successful contract on our home. We found Mark and Emily to be very professional but at the same time they were always available to us if we needed to speak with them. Mark's knowledge of the housing market is second to none and we would have no hesitation in recommending Mark and his Team to any future sellers or buyers.
We had been on the property market for 6 months with no success, however after listing our property with Mark and his Team we had a contract on our home within 3 weeks. We found Mark to be honest, a straight shooter and extremely knowledgeable in the real estate market. We would have no hesitation in recommending Mark and his Team at First National to anyone wanting to sell their property.
We were highly impressed by the prompt, professional and personal service provided by Mark and his team. Having never sold a property before, we were at times, nervous and unsure of the process, however our concerns were quickly diminished by Mark’s open communication and proven professional knowledge. We highly recommend his services and will be sure to return to him for any future property dealings. Five star service from a true real estate professional.
From Mark himself i would not deal with him in the purchase or sale of a property again. He would not answer.or return phone calls to my partner. He didn't want to put our offer to the owners straight away as he had ten other couples coming through the property the following week. I was advised by a staff that these couples were coming through. Upon the settlement of the property we had no contact from Mark or the team as we were advised by our own solicitors that settlement had occurred.
